Henry & Brown LLC was formed in 2010 and has over sixty five years of combined experience. We work with individuals and businesses throughout Huntsville and Madison County. Our firm provides individual and corporate tax services and serves small to medium size businesses.

We provide a wide range of services to meet the tax, accounting, consulting and retirement planning needs of your business. Our goal is to be more than just your accounting firm - we want to be your financial partner and help your business be successful.

Meet The Team

George A. Henry, III

CPA

George graduated from the University of Alabama in 1963 with a B.S. degree in Accounting. His career started in industry with a national corporation assisting in the installation of cost accounting systems in various locations in the U.S. In 1969 he moved to Huntsville joining Ernst & Ernst, an international accounting firm, in their audit department. In 1972 he started his own firm specializing in individual and business taxation, financial planning, business valuation and litigation support services. He has assisted many attorneys in the preparation of cases for trial by providing forensic accounting and business valuation services

He is married, a member of the Huntsville Rotary Club and Christ Presbyterian Church.

Jeffrey D. Brown

CPA, CFE

Jeff has 25 years of combined experience in public accounting and banking. During his banking career he has worked as an Internal Auditor, Compliance Officer, Controller and Chief Financial Officer in addition to serving on Asset/Liability, Audit and Loan Committees. In 2010 he returned to public accounting where he specializes in individual, partnership and corporate taxation, Controller/CFO services for small businesses, retirement planning, fraud prevention and consulting work for community banks.

He is married and has four young children. Jeff is a member of Christ Presbyterian Church, where he serves as a deacon, and the Huntsville Rotary Club. He is a 1991 Auburn University graduate and a 2002 graduate of the Owen Graduate School of Bank Financial Management at Vanderbilt University.

Jeff serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for the New Hope Children’s Clinic, Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program and the Alabama Chapter of the ALS Association.
